Too difficult to connect unless you are an I T person and even after I hired one the amp had other problems like special gold plated cords that cost on average of $40 to $100 bucks. Also I returned the item and still have not received my refund after 2x weeks.

The product specs said there is a phono input. I got the receiver and now it appears that was WRONG. What a pain in the butt— now I spent several hundred dollars for the wrong product. Very crappy experience

I wish I had something else, because I thought I could plug in 4 speaker wires and CD and 110V and enjoy. INSTEAD OF, hook up TV and Crazy set up that I was unable to do. So, Unable to use to date. What ever happened to Just Stereo?

Hello, sorry to learn you were not 100% satisfied with the receiver. Our receivers are designed to deliver accurate distortion levels. Meaning the provided distortion level is accurate to 100% volume. Once the volume passes -1 or 100, for example (depending on how you have the volume to read), the distortion level will increase. It is pretty normal to run the receiver at 75% volume. If we can assist, please do not hesitate to reach out. https://support.denon.com/ denon

Hello, we are sorry to learn about your experience. The main speakers need to be connected to the receiver via speaker wire. The Denon AVR-S570BT has Bluetooth. For HEOS, please consider one of our Network capable receivers—models AVR-S660H and above. denon

. Main problem was it periodically wouldn't play Dish through the Cable/Satellite port. I could get it to work through the Media Box port to Dish consistently. I spent a couple of weeks, substituting cables and trying to get it working right through the Cable/Satellite but It quit working through that port after two weeks and I returned the unit for a refund. I purchased a Sony AV Home Theater Receiver and it has worked perfectly from day one, using the same components and HDMI cables that I had tried to use on the Denon.

my onkyo 747 from decades ago has had the speakers click on/off when not warmed up, so decided on newer receiver with HDMI vs adapters etc. overall sound quality via virtual sound is really good. clear dialogue for TV and imaging for movies, very good audio panning with just two front speakers and a sub.. i had to manually set the sub to MAIN+LFE otherwise the receiver refused to send to the sub out. other than that, seens totally ok. 70watts is plenty. it did complain about not being able to detect the TV via HDMI even though i was using it, go figure, selected coax instead.

AVR's come in many styles at different price ranges. For those wanting quality at an affordable price, Denon has packed a lot into this unit. It integrated easily into my many flavored components that I've managed to put together over the years. It arrived in perfect shape in an undamaged box within three days of ordering, no missing items. The sound level mic check device works as promised, and the speakers are balanced for 5.2 surround. I recommend adding a powered subwoofer to your speaker system. Sit back and enjoy things as you've never heard before... except at the movies!

Easy to set up. The sound tuning automatically made the speakers sound better than the last tuner. It works great with two definitive technology AW5500, two 8 inch 250w in wall speakers, and Yamaha sub. Super loud super clean.

Once we figured out how to use it, from techs’ instructions it wirked great. Good sound and worked well with the surround sound speakers…3 years later it quit on us and we sre not using it. Had it hooked up to ATT receiver; it caused problems with AV power - TV kept dhutting off. Cslled Devon tech guys abd they said its out of warranty. Grrtr
