    great amp for big screen system - I selected this amp because of the large binding post connections for the speakers - not the flimsy spring clips on other makes

    It broke 16 days after I picked it up and Best Buy would not give me a new one they were making me send it out to be repaired and nowhere on any receipt because I never got a receipt did it say that I only had 15 days to bring it back. Your customer service is non-existent and your employees are rude.
