    The time came to replace my 16 year old Pioneer theater receiver, so I did my homework to look for a viable replacement. Therefore, after some extensive research and excellent reviews I decided on this mid-level Denon receiver and I am very impressed. There are many great features and the sound quality is awesome. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it didn’t produce the power that my Pioneer receiver produced.

    As a senior, I had to learn (help from grandkids) how get my iphone to stream to this receiver using HEOS (and others). This is why I purchased this receiver because the old receiver could not play music from the internet. Once learned, what fun to be able to listen to an unlimited music selection.
