I purchased this receiver with a scheduled pick up date and all went very well. The Denon performs as advertised, so far very satisfied. I also purchased the Geek Squad warrenty but have not needed the service.

This is a very good receiver, has a lot of bells and whistles that I really don't use. All I wanted was to use it with my turntable. Setting it up was a huge mess as it is done through the TV. Not as easy as plugging in some speakers a turntable and letting her rip!

Replaced an old Onkyo receiver that had limited HDMI capability. This has less power but fits the bill with inputs and ease of setup at a third of the price. No need for an external HDMI switcher. So far, so good!

Airplay works amazing, pretty simple to setup. I just followed my old receiver as the guide and went 1 by 1 with taking the speaker wire out of the old and into the new. The interface looks old but nevertheless it's a good receiver thus far.

their rating on this receiver is very good. the guys were very good on explain about the product I haven't had a chance to hook every thing together but looking forward to it.put the turntable together easy setup.prices were really good over the holiday.

Excellent AVR. There is much flexibility built in to control audio output but can operate easily with preprogrammed settings. The ability to access my local network offers many options included phone apps to control the AVR. Very satisfied.

This an awesome receiver. Has features I didn't even know I wanted! Ha. Can control via Alexa, stream music.. etc. Aside from that it's just plain a great receiver. All the features that most people need. Sounds great.

Works great! Got it to turn on every time my tv turns on. I dont even have to use the remote that came with it since I can just use my tv remote. Very happy about that!

I purchased this a while back but had to return it when I got a more advanced model for a better price directly from Denon. I gave it 5 stars due to the no hassle return.

Great sound, has tons of features. But is very difficult to setup. Plan on lots of time, reading and attention to minor settings

Purchased this to replace a 20yr old TEAC for my mother. It works with Alexa which she loves, was an unexpected added feature. Still learning. It does way more than she will ever use.

My Denon Amp died and I needed an A/V receiver to replace it. This baby was perfect and provided a number of upgraded features (more HDMI inputs, smartphone App). It was easy to hookup and configure.

Works great so far. Connectiviy is good. Needed to change some standard settings to have my subwoofer always on. Wish it had separate knob controls for bass and treble.

This receiver is an entry level easy setup receiver. There are enough HDMI ports for everything you could ever want. The on-screen setup is very easy to follow. Didn't even take 20 min to setup.

The AV receiver was fine. The Geek squad installers were fantastic. Pedro Martinez was very professional and highly knowledgeable. He was much appreciated

You can't go wrong for this price, audio is awesome when hooked to your tv and for older ears that long for what they think they can't hear anymore, now they'll hear a lot more. an excellent choice.

I had the Geek Squad wire connect to my TV and DVD player. It took him almost two hours making the connections and going through the various set up menus for the Denon and for my TV. He happens to be a supervisor for the Geek Squad and he seemed to know what he was doing. Bottom line: Hard to connect for the average Joe, and it quit working after a week. Took another two weeks to schedule Geek Squad to come again but at least it looks like the second trip back is covered under the extended warantee I purchased.

It was ok but the sound was kinda tinny with my system and it was too confusing to try and manually change everything so I returned it. But it’s pretty good overall. Just like the Sony 1080 better.

Everything worked out great. You had the same price point as Amazon and I was able to pick it up the next day. And the drive thru pickup could not have been any easier. Good job Best Buy.
