Best Buy was awesome with the return. I'd still recommend it, but probably not if you have a Sony TV.

Spent total of hours with Denon support. No resolution. 2 stars because it did work for a year or so then just stopped LFE

Posted .Hello, and I'm sorry to learn of your frustrations. Perhaps the subwoofer settings need to be set to LFE + Main in the receiver. If your front speakers are set to Large, go to Settings>Manual Setup>Bass>Subwoofer Mode>and select LFE + Main. Also, the Subwoofer, when connected to LFE, must be self-powered with a built-in amplifier. If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us at 800-497-8921.
