    I under the impression this unit could be hooked up to a soundcraft mc66. Unfortunately that’s not the case. The 1st unit was defective.

    Good quality unit. Only complaint is that the Bluetooth transmitter does not deliver enough volume to the air pod pro headset

    I was disappointed with the product, the sound output was not as good as I hoped, Yamaha and Sony receivers delivered

    I’ve had this receiver for less than 90 days. It went into protect mode, making it a brick. confirmed there were no shorts in any of the speakers and unplugged all the sources. After waiting for 45 minutes on hold with Denon the answer is I have to pay to ship it to them to have it repaired. Shipping a receiver is going to cost an absolute fortune. I’d recommend against this receiver, or definitely get the extended warranty through BB

    Service was fine once I found an associate who was free, but that took a while. Everyone friendly and helpful.

      It could be a bad mic and we can replace that for you, but also try a little compressed air in the mic port. That can clear any dust or debris in the port to allow for better connectivity. I would also try a factory reset of the unit to rule out any type of logic glitch in the processor. Please contact our Support team for instructions on how to perform a factory reset of the unit. denon

    This Receiver Sounds Great and operates Fine but it does not have RCA conections in back for my CD Player.

    Purchased on 3/26/2020. Unit failed on 11/1/2020. Troubleshooting indicates it's a "failed amplifier module". Working this issue with Denon now. When it did work, it worked fine. I prefer the sound quality from my older Onkyo.

    No vid or audio sig on any hdmi channels

    I got this receiver hooked up to tv, cable box, and ps4 the it's supposed to be. I get no video signal on any hdmi channel and audio is faint on game channel and doesnt come through at all on cable hdmi channel. TV is a visio E55-d0. Hdmi cables are fast enough. I returned the first received unit and exchanged it for a 2nd unit, same model. Same issue. After a bunch of research it could be a firmware issue with either the tv, cable box, or both? I find this to be weak sauce and will be returning the receiver unless someone from geeksquad or denon can fix the issue.

      It could be an EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) based negotiation issue between the sources, AVR and TV rooted from the TV's EDID. If possible, I would try with another make/model TV to see if you get the same result. A different TV will generate different EDID back to the other devices. denon

    Horrible, atmos made a popping sound when active... 1hr on hold to get someone on customer service. And no solution to problem on a 2 day old unit. Will do my best to never buy from Best Buy again.

      We're very sorry for the poor experience. It sounds like the unit could have an issue, but you would need to test with a different Atmos source in order to verify that. Our CS team should be able to help you figure that out if the unit wasn't exchanged already. denon

    I originally had an entertainment center built in 2002 and purchased a Denon Analog Receiver. I updated system this year to a new Denon Digital Receiver to enhance picture and sound quality with smart TV. Denon was a poor choice! The unit jumps around to multiple zones when using a fire stick and won’t return to original settings. Geek Squad was at our home twice to look into problem and so far has been unsuccessful. I would advise any other receiver BUT DENON!

    I need help connecting this one up. The last one I had was less than a year old and the circuit board was defected. The receiver would not power off.

    Ultimately I returned this item. Terrible remote; watts rated in 6 ohms not 8. Oversight on my part. Might work for entry level home theater.

      The S750H outputs 75W per channel at 8 ohms. The remote is designed to control the AVR only as most users today have a 3rd party control solution to control multiple devices. denon
