Unit was sent in twice and they found no problem but also they didnt have a way to recreate it simce they didnt have a ps5 and apple 4k tv to test the issue . a tech was sent on site to see the problem and confirmed cec was the issue. Local store had fantastic customer service and my total tech kicked in. Read online this is a common issue with this unit . Make sure you get warranty if you decide to get this unit .

IVE HAD THE GEEK SQUAD HERE TWICE AND ITS STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THIS UNIT WILL NOT SHUT ON AND OFF WITH THE TV AS ADVERTISED. VERY FRUSTRATING. WHO YOU GUNNA CALL??

Got a Sony instead, yes I know Denon is better but the Sony actually worked.

Exactly what I was looking for. The user interface is dated. But everything works. Using it with multiple sources and exverything works as expected.

Return it and bought a onkyo what a difference. Save your money and get a onkyo

It was outside the return time frame, so had to return to an independent repair shop using the warranty. Not happy with the experience so far.
