Would not work right out if box. Best Buy associate said they only pluged it in and turn it on. That made excellent open box. Order new from Amazon for $20.00 more had next day and been working fine. Thank you, Best Buy.

I need to use the radio but I cannot manually pre-set certain desired radio stations. The Manual procedure, for manually presetting "the Current Broadcast Station" instructs at p 81 step 4 to..." Use cursor Up/Down to select the channel you want..." But the cursor will not go below 92.3 Mhz and does not allow any pre-set stations below 92.3 Mhz, where most of the stations I need are located.

The product arrived but did not work as intended. The signal did nit connect to the television.

You need a phd to operate this thing. It constant changes settings. The remote is useless. And don’t think you’re going to get any guidance on how to operate and set up with the owners manual. Oh no. It’s like a 4 page book of absolute NOTHING helpful.

I upgraded to a Denon AVR after having constant issues with my old receiver, which was getting pretty outdated. With the old system I thought my subwoofer was actually failing because it would crackle a lot. As soon as I switched to the Denon, the problem completely disappeared. The setup was surprisingly easy and the configuration process is very straightforward. I also love how many shortcuts and customization options there are. It’s powerful but still simple to use. Overall, it’s been a huge upgrade for my system and everything sounds incredible now.

Very happy with purchase. Lots of options Wifi is a plus for internet radio stations.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! This is the biggest piece of sh#% receiver I have ever had one star is too many. The input changes on its own in the middle of a show or movie. They also just stop stop working.

I had a Denon that lasted only three years, so at first I was skeptical. However, I think the issue I had with it has been resolved after I installed a fan for this one. Pros: 1. This is SO easy to set up. Very intuitive. 2. The Denons have an audio setting called "Multi-Channel Stereo". Some may not like it, but for me it really separates the sound. A phone ringing from the left side of a screen sounds like it's coming from the left side of the room. 3. It has a phono pre-amp with a ground. 4. It comes with labels to identify which cables go to which devices and with wires are to which speakers. Cons: 1. I really can't think of any cons. Let's just hope this one lasts longer than the three years that the last one did.

The receiver is easy to use and I can’t say enough about how well the install went

Awesome receiver. I sent back a Pioneer due to connection issues and got this one instead. No issues and the sound is so clear, no need to go to movies now.
