The remote is useless. And don’t think you’re going to get any guidance on how to operate and set up with the owners manual. Oh no. It’s like a 4 page book of absolute NOTHING helpful.

This is the biggest piece of sh#% receiver I have ever had one star is too many. The input changes on its own in the middle of a show or movie. They also just stop stop working.

However, I think the issue I had with it has been resolved after I installed a fan for this one. Pros: 1. This is SO easy to set up. Very intuitive. 2. The Denons have an audio setting called "Multi-Channel Stereo". Some may not like it, but for me it really separates the sound. A phone ringing from the left side of a screen sounds like it's coming from the left side of the room. 3. It has a phono pre-amp with a ground. 4. It comes with labels to identify which cables go to which devices and with wires are to which speakers. Cons: 1. I really can't think of any cons. Let's just hope this one lasts longer than the three years that the last one did.

It has a 2 year warranty so I logged a warranty ticket. It’s been 3 months and they still have not addressed my repair ticket. I’ve asked several times and the response I get is that it hasn’t been reviewed yet. WORST customer service ever. I will never buy from Dennon again. WARNING Do NOT buy Dennon.
