Easier setup and allows passthrough of all sources and HEOS is horrible can't get Sirius XM to work even with Denon tech support

Experied Warranty

Now I am out $755, and I have to buy a new Receiver since it's past the warranty date. I am very disappointed with the Denon AVR - S970.

I originally purchased another Pioneer Elite, but it quit working within two days. The BB sales associate recommended the Denon and I am glad I purchased it - tremendous sound - highs, lows and and surround. Very satisfied!

Posted .Hello. We appreciate you posting your review of the AVR-S970H. We recommend checking to make sure you have CEC (HDMI Control) engaged. This link explains how: https://manuals.denon.com/AVRS970H/NA/EN/GFNFSYkfayrqor.php If that doesn't solve the issue, to try doing a soft reset (unplugging from it's power source for at least 5 minutes) and checking to make sure you have the latest firmware for smooth operation.
