    Gave up the ghost after about 6 weeks of use. Puff of white smoke out of the top. Didnt have the remote in the box had to order separately.

    Will Not communicate with LG TV technicians tried to make repairs on numerous occasions. Still the same result call the helpline numerous occasions. It was actually hung up on seven times

    The Denon s970H is not as powerful as I though. I have a set of Leach kit speaker and the sound is not as strong as I would I.

    Replaced once, still doesn't work ... and Best Buy tells me they don't repair receivers! $2,000 down the black hole that is Best Buy. I will never, EVER buy anything from them again. All promise, no performance.

    This unit was difficult to set up ANDI did not like the sound.

    I had this receiver for less than 8 months and already have issues with it, sounds is ok

    Don't Let BestBuy Inistall for You

    We don't know because the tech Best Buy sent to set everything up was terrible, and even after we complained, instead of sending someone else, they sent the same guy, Manuel. Still doesn't work properly - sometimes on, sometimes off with no rhyme or reason.

    To many HDMI problems and two few alternate connections. Zero coaxial. Just to name a few.

    Refund of second Receiver Amp is going to be done?

    The item came and did not work per our Geek Squad Technician. Also the Roku started to buffer when we were streaming on two TVs. My son wants me to keep the cable box from Spectrum in the Basement.

    Denon - AVR-S970H 90W 7.2 Ch Receiver

    Had this receiver replace a Onkyo 7100 and it is night and day difference in sound and quality! The Denon S970H is so easy to set up and it makes my system sound amazing!!!

    Perfect Surround Sound Addition

    We upgraded an older Denon receiver and are very glad we did. It manages our 5 speaker system inside and 2 speakers outside. It was easy to setup and integrated with our TV and Apple TV.
