Decided to upgrade to AVR-S970H and regretted about it 2 months later. One defect is that it loses signal randomly and another one is no sound unless denon replaces part. While denon and best buy are fixing hardware of AVR-S970H i have purchased X2800H. The first day I install it it started tandomly rebooting. While I am playing with this Japanese defective product I am browsing for better brands elsewhere. AVOID DENON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.

As for the rebooting of the AVR-X2800H, it's possible that the device was undergoing an update process. Our receivers receive periodic firmware updates that bring enhancements related to HDMI compatibility, music streaming, and other features. We recently released an update introducing Tidal Connect.
