Best Buy would do nothing about it. Had to repack the product and send it to a 3rd party repair shop for sony. Neither bestbuy or sony would offer to replace my 1 month old receiver. So now im waiting for the product to be repaired and sent back. If i wanted a refurbished product i would have bought one for cheap.

Caught on fire after 3 months. Best buy or Geek Squad had removed the serial number sticker which voided the factory warranty, which i didnt know until after i shipped it off to the repair facility that Pioneer dorected me to. Needless to say after battleing with Pioneer for weeks they sent me a factory refurbished unit. Its for sale on ebay now. Save your self the hassle and just get a Denon. Pioneer isnt what it used to be...
