Easy to set up and use. Was a replacement for my Onkyo. Only issue is that if I run my ps3 through it to the television the refresh rate doesn't keep up.

Happy and satisfied does not begin to describe my satisfaction in this Denon product! Setup was a snap, instructions were detailed, and the finale results were amazing. And yes I’m running a full 7.1 setup, sounds fantastic

The receiver is fine and seems to be the equal of the Pioneer receiver that it replaced - time will tell. I very much appreciated the Geek Squad person who installed it. He did an excellent job, trouble shot the system and gave helpful advice. Five stars ***** for him!

Great home theater replacement receiver. Had an older Denon unit that the HDMI jack for the monitor went bad. Moved from 5.1 to 7.2 and it sounds great. Very decent for the price.

Was able to scale down to 5.1 like my previous system which will support all the speakers I have. Also supports 8K tv I purchased last year.

Sound quality is great, but the features, menus, etc are hard to navigate. It even feels a little glitchy to get some menus to even show up. Overall, very happy though.

I needed to update my audio/video receiver and this is a great entry level unit. Instead of using hard wired speakers, I used a separate Visio Bluetooth sound bar. I had to work around sound sync isses since it’s connected via Bluetooth, but it works well. The intended setup is with hard wired speakers. I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend this unit for those in need of upgrading their system without breaking the bank.

So far so good, pretty simple to utilize and adapt for various sounds and situations. Denon makes a good product and overall very happy with it so far.

We have had some trouble with the App. We have to remove and down load the app to get it to connect

This receiver is so nice. Being able to make adjustments on TV is a game changer.

I like it, it works with the app, easy setup. Good option in this price range.

What an upgrade from my last receiver? Much more features available to work with? It was sales person recommended?

This replaced my Pioneer VSX-821. Very easy to set up. Sound quality is great. So far Very happy with this unit. Now I just need new speakers to go with it.

the sound is excellent, connection wireless is easy. you need to be familiar with basic of sound to get the best of this amplifier. I'm frustrated bc Denon set up didn't allow me to create a separate zone, you need the secondary app in your cell to get the best of this model. I'm still trying to split the sound 5.1 inside house and two in the yard.

Nice look to this component. Easy to use the remote to toggle between options.

This was purchased to replace a Denon AVR-X2700H, which no longer played well with our LG TV. Both were the same age, by several WEB OS updates to the LG TV rendered the handshaking between the Denon and TV sketchy at best. The new AVR-X1899H supports HDMI 2.1. I'm not absolutely sure that this was the problem, but everything works well together again. We don't play loud music, and so the slight decrease in output per channel is not noticeable.

Good value. Plenty enough power for the room size and to drive my Thiels. Pretty easy to set up but be sure to have your phone and pad handy; patience too.

Excellent receiver. Easy to use and looks great. I actually have more than one.
