||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Denon AVR x2700H, receiver says it’s supports 7.2, And it has the 2 subwoofer inputs on the back, BUT when setting up your speakers in the speaker menu configuration, Its only set to pick up 1 subwoofer not 2. Don’t get me wrong it’s a great entry level receiver. But I felt it lacked in powering my 7.2 speaker setup and just other little small details I felt were missing in this particular model.

Oh did I mention, this is nothing but junk. My recommendation, do NOT buy this product. this crap lasted 2.25 months, just out of return window. JUNK, CRAP,JUNK. Stay away.

Magnolia sales person accidentally misinformed me about specs. I returned it 3 days after purchase and upgraded to AVR-X3700H. (9.2 vs. 7.2)

A fan for the AVR-X2700H would be best placed on top as this is where it would be most effective. A modern AVR requires at least 3-4 inches clearance on top, which is enough room to place a cooling fan designed for this purpose.

This ended up being a defective unit. I have a 5 speaker system inside and 2 speakers (zone 2) outside on the patio. The problem is when music is playing outside (zone 2) the sound bleeds through to the inside and makes watching a movie impossible. It is very bad. Best Buy sent a tech member out to my home and he could not repair the unit and even told me I have a lemon. So I took my receiver to Best Buy for Totaltech warranty repair and I was told Bestbuy can not help and to send my receiver to Denon myself. This is crazy. A pre-paid shipping label was not provided. I paid $180 for shipment to a repair facility and both Denon and Best Buy will not help. They say contact the other party. I guess I am out a little over a $1000 for the product and shipping and need to buy a new receiver. Also I have invested many hours of my time for this process. This has been a very bad experience with ZERO help from Best Buy and Denon.

Posted .We provide a limited warranty with our products purchased from an authorized dealer.
In the event of our product failing within the warranty period - due to manufacturer defect - we cover parts and labor for repairs where the receiver has been operated and handled as per the warranty guidelines.
As with other receiver manufacturers, transportation of the product to the repair facility is the responsibility of the receiver owner. We cover shipment of the receiver being returned to it's owner.
