    Worst experience ever I returned all the items. I will never recommend Best Buy for sound system installation or any installation. Worst of all is calling the 800 number which are not in the US. Worst experience ever

    Disappointed sound quality, horrible iPhone interphase. I bought it to replace my 4 year old Yamaha Advantage 770 but it wasn’t even close. Harsh sound. Outdated app. Not worth it.overpriced.

    Purchased for HDMI 2.1. Sound quality is super low / poor. We struggle to hear. Switching from console to tv takes long.

    Dead after 15 months...just out of warranty. Only 1 hdmi ports work. Even did a full system reset to see if that would help. That was on top of the 2.1 issue. Worst purchase ever. All of my receivers have lasted for year....steer clear of Denon

    This unit (AVR-X2700) failed after the calibration and final hook up. Geek Squad number 2 came back after Shawn at local store set up a fix and all seems to be working well.

    Well I read and read educated myself and came up with this most disappointing purchase as my decision. It worked great for the first two years but starting late in 2022 the unit would shut off and also shut off the tv at the same time. At first it was several months between when it would have these episodes but eventually it was weekly. Today May 30th 2024 about 3.5 years after being purchased it finally gave up completely and no longer plays anything. Very sad experience with Denon.

    I gotta tell you I’m not happy with this Denon receiver. Constantly is shutting down due to some sort of fault. Recommended to check the speaker wires. Did that multiple times it would work for a couple weeks then shut down again. Constantly doing this. If it is an issue with the speakers then why doesn’t it not work from initial set-up. Nothing has changed with the speaker wires. And the speakers are the same speakers and wires. Speakers are above the standard requirement. customer service wants me to pay for it to be shipped back to them. I think a company that is supposed to have a quality product should send me the packaging and pay for the shipment back to them. My 2 cents. Should have kept my Sony RX.
