My first one lasted ten years. This one is such and upgrade: better sound and ease of set up. I am sure I will get ten years out of this one too

I needed it to be able to pass 4K signals to my new TV. I have an older Denon being used with another TV so I was pretty familiar with how to set up the new Denon. It was a fairly straight forward process but already having a Denon certainly helped. This setup is in a relatively small space so I did not need a lot of power and the x2700 fit the need perfectly. I was already a Denon fan before I got this AVR and it did not change my mind. Perfectly satisfied with the quality, setup and performance.

Does not perform as expected

I couldn’t connect my 4K Roku which is 2.2. Worst part is the bug seems to not be able to be fixable with an update. It appears to be the chip. I look forward to see how Denon plans to make up for this. I will be returning if nothing is done to make it right. https://youtu.be/l6FsGOIiebA If you don’t care for that feature, you can always buy it. Or save money by going with a good 2.0 HDMI option.

We're very sorry for the poor experience with the receiver. Please contact our Support team to troubleshoot these issues and see if the unit needs to be evaluated under warranty. The NR model you have should have a 3 year warranty as long as it was purchased as new and from an authorized dealer.

I’m not blown away by the level of customization. About what you’d expect or could get from a cheaper AVR.
