    L liked the Denon AVR receiver, however, the speakers sugested a 105 Watts per channel and it does not produce enough to power the base AVRs

    Excellent sound quality for the price. Good integration with my new Samsung 85B TV. Software and user interface of the Samsung TV and Roku are better than the native Denon and Heos apps, but the deal breaker for me was sound quality for my 5.1 Monitor Audio speakers. So, I'm good using Samsung and Roku user interfaces.

    unable to feel a good base line even after numerous attempts to adjust it. trouble getting WIFI. the Bluetooth sounds cheaper than a pair of $100 speakers I own.

      We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. Here are some troubleshooting tips that may help improve your experience:

      1. Be sure to run through the Auto Calibration (Audyssey).
      2. If your front speakers are full-range, adjust the Bass setting on the receiver to LFE + Main.

    like up to date audio formats for movies, do not like they left out pre-amp rca jacks does sound nice.

    Franky, all that I know about receives is from Best Buy -- I found this really easy to install and use. I found it interesting that by adding this receiver between the cable box and the TV, somehow, the TV picture was crisper as well.

    I was hoping that a new Receiver would fix my theater. But no. I have ordered a new home theater. Alex Osborn is my rep. therefore, I am returning the Denon on 10/24/23.

    It’s ok , but not great, this unit is not powerful enough to do everything it clams to but it’s pretty cheap and it’s the Lower model but I’m still not impressed

    team had trouble setting up and not sure if sound is balanced. they never used the set up mic to assure all angles of sound

    The receiver never even left the Paramus store, the person who brought it out for me, was holding the damaged side of the box towards him, once he handed it to me, I could see a gaping hole in the box, looks like a forklift truck blade went through it, so I refused it immediately, needless to say I was not very happy, apparently it was the last one that you had and I felt like he was trying to stick me with a defective item.

    Open Box was not quality checked before resell.

    This item happened to be a previous customer return that was put back on the shelf for sell and was not checked for workmanship and quality before hand. Had the receiver installed and tuned. Then had to disassemble and return for a new replacement.
