    I don't know if Denon rushed into pushing this model out in the middle of a pandemic, but Oh My! I bought this receiver with big hopes, BestBuy sold it as one of the best receivers on the market, but my experience was different. As I pulled out of the box and go through the setup, I tried to connected to the Wifi and that didn't work; next I ran a Ethernet cable and connected it. It immediately downloaded a new firmware update and to my surprise after that update, that was the last time it was able to connect to the internet. Called customer support and waited hours on the phone so they had me factory reset it multiple times with no luck. Ended up returning it to the store. Isn't Denon production line supposed to test their equipment before they send it out? This is a 2020 Model!
