I had an issue with pass through for 4K with the other receiver, but not with this one. Sound is amazing and with pass through, I can game in 4K with surround sound. Wish I bought his sooner.

It was time to upgrade to the new / recent video and audio codecs. From an audio standpoint, I needed to upgrade my Denon AVR -791. I chose the Denon AVR-3700H. I am completely satisfied with my choice.

An excellent all around receiver for audio and video. One of the top two receivers at this price range. Very good preamp options for separate amplification if needed.

The Denon sets the standard in home theater. Only mistake I made I should of bought one model higher I feel I might be a little low on power running a 7.2.2. System other than that it’s a beast

Awesome sound and features! My 1080p tv wouldn't recognize the signal from it so had to wait for my replacement tv to get here but worth the wait.

This is a great AV receiver that supports 11 channels (9 powered). I'm currently using it for a 5.1.2 system, it has room for future expansion - possibly 7.2.4

Excellent receiver. Easy to set up and use. Easily driving my MartinLogan - ElectroMotion ESL 8". Helios works well with Apple I-Tunes. It was not as easy to set up with Tidal. Overall I would highly recommend it.

So far so good, the difference in sound quality (for movies/shows in particular) was frankly a bit shocking. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase as of now.

Still getting acquainted with the x3700, but so far, so good. Set-up was pretty easy and intuitive. I did need to update an HDMI cable to eliminate handshake issues but it was time to retire the old cable. This is a good value.

This avr really helped to improve my current speaker setup. The improved calibration and Dolby Atmos capability made a huge difference.

I had an 11 year Denon and it finally gave out. I was happy with the old unit so I decided to replace it with a new model and I am very happy with it

This is a great receiver. I upgraded the equipment that was already installed when i bought a model home from a custom builder. Easy to set up.

Sound quality is amazing when paired with Klipsch speakers. Controls are confusing. HEOS and AVR apps need UX improvements. Bluetooth is pathetic. In less than an year, Bluetooth is not pairing with iPhone or Android. Manual says to turn on transmitter. I cannot see any such options in menu :( Never had so many troubles with my 6-year-old Yamaha AV. Need to contact support now.

The Denon AVR-X3700H 8K ... receiver (2020 model) has met all of our expectations. It was easy to install out of the box and even easier to use.

This AV receiver is phenomenal. It is worth every penny. It does so much and it exceeds any other AV receiver out there. I was a Yamaha fan for the past 30 years. But they got behind on their technology. So I had to move on. Purchase this model or any of the ones that are higher than this. You can't go wrong. This product is future proof. Thank you Denon.

Bought this for my Epson projector for my home theater and have not been disappointed. Running a 7 speaker setup right now but this AVR has plenty of room to grow.

Easy to follow setup process and the sound is so good in the movie room. Family and friends love to gather back up in that room again!

Great update to my Denon 3803. I needed to update to an HDMI equipped receiver. Sounds great, easy to set up and even has one 8k equipped HDMI input and output.
