I think it was an I install issue but everything is working now. It is a little pricey though.

This is the center of our entertainment system and we use it for video gaming, phonograph, computer and the television. Switches well, tons of ports to connect everything. Provides good sound for our advanced speakers.

It is a bit complicated for our use. This last time we were told not to even use the Denon remote and just use the volume control on the TV remote.

Being able to listen to music in Zone 2 from any music App whether watching a TV program in Zone 1 or not. It was expensive, but I was able to price match and by it for less. Less expensive Receivers just cannot do the above.

The only thing to note here is that if you plan to use this with 11 channels, you are going to have to use the pre amp outputs for at least two of them and pair it with an external amplifier. Overall this is a great AVR
