    Denon Customer Service Nightmare

    Tried two new units from Denon. Bluetooth did not work right on either 4700H. Over six hours on the phone with Denon. They will not Fix, Replace with one that works or refund me my money and it was within the 60 days advertised. I had to do a Charge Back with my bank. Beware of Denon

      We're very sorry for the poor experience, but it's hard to believe the AVR's wireless module was bad on both units. We would normally ask you to test with a secondary Bluetooth device to make sure the issue is not with the primary Bluetooth device. denon
