Posted .Hello Rasi, we are sorry to learn that the AVR-X4700H receiver's Bluetooth feature did not perform as expected. I want to mention that the 4700H does come equipped with HEOS music streaming; HEOS uses Wi-Fi and may have met or exceeded your expectations. HEOS allows for Hi-Res audio streaming. In the beginning I was having issues with my Blu ray 0laywr turning on which I had connected through the receiver. I think it was just an issue with CEC on the Blu-ray as I have since disabled CEC on the Blu-ray player and now that issue doesn't happen anymore. The CVR has pre out so you can run an external amplifier which I will be doing in the near future but so far so good. This AVR has anything and everything as far as features that anyone could really even need.

I used curbside pickup and was blown away at best buys ability to make my experience exceptionally easy and comfortable. Thank you best buy. Buy the denon x 4700h and you will hear things in your music you have not heard before and I love this receiver more than my x3300w because the bass to my subs is clearer, more punchy but very smooth sounding so it will not interfere with another listening area.

We were even able to handle a dual zone Bluetooth hearing aid streaming device that had absolutely ZERO guidance in the manual itself, but was still able to be made easily functional. Great unit!!
