I am very satisfied with the turntable. The directions were a little confusing in the translation to English. I had to read a couple of times.

Probably one of the few people that still listens to vinyl. This was easy to install into the entertainment system and the sound is great.

This has a very easy to use method that doesn’t let you break the needle like my other turn tables did, great product.

I bought this turntable after many years of being without a turntable. I was excited to dust off my old records and bring them back to life. After much research, I discovered that fully automatic turntables were the exception and not the norm. I was ecstatic to find this Denon turntable since it was fully automatic and at a reasonable price point. But in my estimation, Denon falls way short in living up to their good name when it comes to this turntable. For those who may not know, a fully automatic turntable will automatically return the tone arm back to its holder after the record has finished playing or after pressing the stop button and will start the record at the first track when you push the start button. For me, the auto stop feature was huge. If you are not in the room when the record ends, a fully manual turntable will leave the tone arm at the end of the record with your needle bumping up against the paper center of your album. This Denon was great at sensing the end of the record and returning the tone arm back to the holder automatically. This, along with the heavy platter mat provided by Denon, were the positives of this record player. Now come the negatives. The auto start and auto stop mechanism was clunky sounding. I did not sound quiet and smooth. The tone arm rest does not have a lock to lock down the tonearm and prevent the tone arm from flying around if you accidentally bump it unintentionally. There is no dedicated holder or indentation on the platter for the plastic 45 adapter, so it just sits a top the smooth platter. This unit does not come equipped with Wi-Fi capability nor USB connectivity for recording tracks to a computer. But by far, the worst part of this turntable is the preamp and the RCA connectors. Unlike many competing turntables, this unit does not have left and right RCA female plugs on the back of the unit. Instead, a cable is attached inside the unit and the other end of the cable has a left(white) and right(red) male RCA plugs. So what you say? What happens if the RCA cable on this unit fails or is defective? if you had female connectors at the back of the unit and you had a bad cable, you can just buy a new cable with RCA males on both ends and you are back in business. But here comes the main reason for my poor rating of this unit. I kept noticing that I was not getting full stereo sound all the time from this unit. I thought maybe my 3.5mm jack to my sound bar might have been at fault. But after much troubleshooting I determined that the RCA cable coming out of this unit was defective. Gently moving the cable where it comes out of the unit would cause the left channel to cut out. As noted earlier, had there been RCA female plugs on the back of this unit, I could have just swapped out the cable. The preamp also did not seem to have a strong enough signal even when both channels were functioning. I would have to crank the volume on my audio system to 75 or more when playing records compared to around 50 when listening to other audio sources to achieve an enjoyable listening level and take advantage of bass and midrange sounds of my soundbar. To my total disappointment, I took this unit back to Best Buy and tried to exchange it for a replacement. The store I was at did not have any In stock, so I ended up exchanging it for an Audio-Technica turntable. Audio-Technica review to follow.

Really nice belt driven automatic turntable. Easy to setup has a removable and upgradable cartridge. One negative is that the audio output cord is hardwired into the turntable and not very long so if you have a tall media cabinet like I do it will be a bit of a struggle getting it connected to the amp.

Works great with my Klipsch speakers. Best Buy total tech set it up in minutes and really like having a quality automatic turntable again. For the price works and looks great. Although it might not meet audiophiles demands it works great and it's good to listen to my old LP's and new ones I am buying again.

Pretty good turntable, however the cartridge appears to be inferior. I am basing this on the sound quality I was used to from my old B&O, so this may not be a fair comparison. I will purchase a better cartridge shortly and that will take care of it. Otherwise I am happy with my purchase
