Headshell wires fell off during play. Included cartridge will need replacement If you value your records at all. The included cartridge will damage them over time and sounds horrendous. There is no ground wire? Why? Look into other options. A fluance turntable with auto shut off, solid wooden plinth, removable rca cables and ground wire can be had for exactly the same price. They also include a decent ortofon elliptical cartridge that won't damage albums. Denon was once good. Vintage Denon TT's from them still are, but skip this and look elsewhere. Best Buy did make return process easy. TT gets 1 star. BB cust. service gets 5 stars.
