So angry
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not order this from Best Buy and expect it to come in an inconspicuous box. Literally ruined my Christmas surprise for my partner. I have no idea how the product is but Best Buy literally is so cheap they can’t put it in a box that doesn’t say what it is.

Great quality at a decent price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to get back in to vinyl after many years. I bought this particular unit because it is an automatic turntable so there is less I need to do to actually use it. The pre installed cartridge is good not great but does the trick. I will be buying a new cartridge soon. High fidelity sound is more about a good cartridge and speakers than anything else. You do not need to drop a bunch of dough on a turntable.

Never got it to work properly. A waste of money.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would not purchase a turntable on line again. Assembled it and connected to receiver. Have not been able to get speed anywhere close to accurate. Will need to return it or have it repaired if I can’t get it returned before deadline. Would have been better off purchasing a vintage model.

Posted .Hello. Sorry to learn you are having difficulties with the set-up of your DP-300F. Best Buy have audio specialists on hand to assist. I recommend either calling them or planning a visit to a store when an audio specialist is scheduled to be there. They should be able to walk you through the set-up process to get the best out of your DP-300F.

Not easy to setup
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hard enough to get the arm aligned correctly. On top of that, speed is of. It runs too fast. Manual doesn't address and online sounds like you have to jump through hoops to get fixed. Returning to store for money back.

Best fully automatic turntable for the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would describe myself as a budget audiophile, I try to look for the best sound for the money without going broke. While I do have some expensive speakers and amp the rest is based on value for the buck that is why I bought the Denon Turntable. I have had it for two months and I will now write a review. I give this turntable 4 stars it is the best fully automatic turntable on the market. 4 stars because the turntable is hardwired instead of having RCA jacks so you can put on better quality cables The instructions on adjusting the tonearm are vague in one area, luckily there is an excellent U tube video that shows exactly how to set it up. I also purchased a scale to measure the tone arm weight this allowed me to measure what the actual weight, and it was .5 grams off of what the dial said on initial set up now its spot on. The cartridge that is standard has a Conical stylus, this rides high in the record grove and does not providing good high frequency response because it cant go down further in the grove. plus its harder on your vinyl, at the price point of this turntable the cartridge is the weakest point. I tossed it, and added a higher quality Grado Green with and Elliptical stylus. This is the only fully automatic turntable with a user replaceable cartage on the market, you can put on just about any one you can afford. All the other fully automatic turntable that I looked at did not have this feature so not worth the money as the cartridge is what produces the sound. I got rid of the rubber platter mat and exchanged it for a cork mat in order to reduce static and increase the sound quality which it did. I found out that both the phono preamps I had, the one built in my AV receiver (I am using my AV receiver as the preamp for a higher power amp in my system in order to drive 4 ohm electrostatic speakers.) and the one built in to the turntable did not supply a high enough output as I had to turn the volume up on the AV receiver to maximum to get it to a good listening level. I ended up purchasing a high gain phono preamp that increased the level from 40db to 60 db and it works perfect now. The turntable places the stylus on the record very smoothly no sodden drop, no wow or flutter or turntable rumbling. I cant comment on the sound as it would be discussing the upgraded cartridge and preamps sound.

Poor quality sound cable and head weight. 1 star
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased Jan 2022. First used in March 2022. At first the turntable worked well. After a couple months, the arm weight stopped working and would skip across the entire record. Adjusting the weight did not work so I tapped a nickel on the head. That worked. Then the connection failed on the left, nothing but static. The connector is built in so you cannot replace the cable. Its junk.

Speed problems
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After less than a year, the player stopped playing records at a steady speed. It is under factory warranty, so we'll see if they can fix it, but this is something I did not expect from Denon.

Pass on this. Cannot Level Device.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pure Engineered Crap. I thought Denon would be a solid turntable brand, especially at a 400-500 dollar price point. Looks nice. The first thing I did when setting up the turnable was to find the feet DO NOT level. There is no way to level this turntable, unless you slide Beer coasters under the feet, which obviously doesn't go with the look. Set up was not too complicated, but I watched a video on it. Sound is fine and the auto-mechanism is nice. I'm going to probably return this item.

Posted .We very much appreciate your feedback. Customer satisfaction is a priority for us because valued customers like you help us continue to be one of the leading brands in quality sound products. If I may recommend leveling the stand that the TT will be placed on to help prevent having to use beer coasters. If leveling the stand is not possible, consider using small felt pads under the record player's feet. However, I will be sharing your feedback with our customer support team. If we can be of assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to reach out.
