Since I'm new to record players, I decided to go with one that has an "automatic play" feature. This player required a little assembly out of the box, but found a video on Youtube that explained it really well. Got this thing set up in about 10 minutes. Originally I was thinking of upgrading the stylus/cartridge, but so far everything sounds great and not sure it needs an upgrade.

I wish the materials were a little nicer, but i really like that it has a built in preamp, and that its fully automatic.

We got this to replace a standalone and cheap turntable. We wanted something to actually connect to our Denon receiver and this was perfect. Assembled and connected easily and it performs well.

    Solid Entry Level Turntable

This is a solid entry level turntable. The sound is decent but the cartridge and stylus are not of the highest quality but what can you expect at this price level. It could benefit from Bluetooth capability and thats why I didnt give it 4 stars. The quality of the stylus prevents a 5 star rating. Solid entry level table.

The turntable is excellent to medium and above application of flexibility. I started with a Sony turntable that had no way to change the stylus or the arm or the pad! My mistake get it right believe me you will want to change all those things! I got it and changed the stylus to a Nagaoka Mp110. Best turntable to far. Excellent to play vynil out of the box!

Purchased for a bedroom setup and has been serving well. Decent sound out of the box but will be upgrading the cartridge for even better performance.

Fantastic table so far. Features and durability to date. I immediately (at time of purchase) added an upgraded external preamp and a Ortofon red needle. Now it sounds like an $800+ table for $400 all in.

I got this turntable on sale, and I gave two of them for Christmas gifts. It comes with a cartridge, although not an elliptical stylus, which would track better. Build quality seems good. I would say it was very good for the money. I would get an elliptical stylus cartridge for it, if it were my own. I own a Rega.

Great player! Like the fully automatic feature. The only issue with fully automatic is that the arm can’t be locked down to prevent bumping when not in use, but I think this is result of getting automatic feature.

There's a lot of convenience in an automatic turntable and the belt drive is very quiet. Other reviewers complained about the cartridge being subpar, but sound quality seems very good to me. Setup instructions (in particular, balancing the tone arm) could have been clearer. Overall feel is high-end. Too bad it's made in China, not Japan.

I was looking to get back in to vinyl and did some research on turntables. I wanted a unit that was reasonably priced and provided the ability to upgrade in the future. Out of the box, the unit sounds great and should I choose to upgrade my stylus to an audiophile quality cart? I am good to go. Don't hesitate to buy.

A really nice turntable. The only real ding against it is that getting the tone arm balanced is a pain and when it is unbalanced, the connections to the speakers aren't right.

Ordering and delivery were great on this turntable. The instructions for setup, however, are fragmented and poorly written. It took several readings of different pages to put together the steps for assembly. A nice linear process would have been appreciated. The performance is good, but the construction of the unit is a bit on the cheesy side, not much design or style, way too much cheap black plastic.

I really like how easy it was to install this player. Only thing I'd like is the ability of using my own RCA jacks. This has the RCA built in and from what I see there's no alternate way of hooking up.

Reasonably priced and a very good quality sound. The controls seem a little cheap, but plastic is what you would expect. Sound is excellent, operation is simple. Got out my 50 year old vinyls and sound was outstanding.

My son is a jazz guitarist just getting into vinyl. This is his first turntable and he is enjoying the automatic features that his old man’s turntable lacked. Good quality and sound.
