It NEVER is at the exact right speed it should be. There are screws underneath (horribly annoying spot for adjustment screws) that supposedly help adjust the speed, but they dont do JACK. Very okay turntable. Would not purchase again.

I was "WRONG" . i spend so many hrs researching on the internet about vinyl records and watch so many hrs of videos to figure-out which player would would fit in to my use. Then i caught my on this Denon DP-300F I'm loving every single moment of listening to music on this marvelous record player. at a good price point with automatic arm.. I would recommend this for anybody into Vinyl...

Lightweight and made of glossy plastic for all the fingerprints and smudges your heart desires. Felt really cheap for several hundred dollars. Basic stylus, no RCA cables or ground wire included, no Bluetooth. It has fully automatic play, but that’s what wasn’t working properly on the one I had. Not sure how Denon justifies the price for this. Returned it and got the Victrola Hi-Res Carbon on sale for $10 more. Now THAT is a turntable worth getting.

When my son brought home an album he had purchased, I pulled out a cheap turntable that I had and put the record on it. Sounded terrible. Headed over to the store and found this Denon Turntable. What a difference. Great stylist, and well balanced. Great turntable and I pulled out all of my records that I have been dragging around all over the country, for the last 40 plus years. Now we are enjoying all the snap, crackles, pops of the wonderful world of vinyl!!
