Best I have Found for the Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, I want to just throw out there that I am very very very picky when it comes to headphones. I have been through 3 or 4 pairs in the last month because I am having trouble getting even decent headphones. I am on here because I have finally found them! As a background I typically spend $60-$120 on a set of headphones because I am extremely picky, especially when it come to sound quality and comfort and I have owned Klipsch S4's, Bose IE2's, and Sennheiser Cx-680's. I must say these are my favorite headphones I have ever owned. Sound is absolutely amazing (if you don't already, I would recommend using a sound amplifier/equalizer such as STS). I literally listen to all types of music. One minute I'm listening to Bach, then Bassnectar, then some Snoop Dogg. These headphones keep up with it all, especially the low end and the mids. The highs sometimes get distorted but even the highs are excellent for $100. I would definitely recommend listening to bass-heavy dubstep or electronica music to feel the full range of these bad boys. As for comfort, pretty darn good. My ear canals are very sensitive to headphones and I have never been able to wear earbuds for more than say 30 minutes at a time (that may sound like a decent amount of time, but I go to school and love to listen to music when I'm studying, which is all the time). I use the Comply foam tips and haven't used any of the other tips yet (I've only had them about 2 weeks) but they are the most comfortable earbuds I have used in a while. They block out ample noise as to not interfere with my music listening, and stay in my ears very well. I very seldom have to adjust them. Downsides to these include only a one year warranty and black tie is not offered (I ALWAYS purchase black tie protection). Cord also seems cheap for $100 and tangles fairly easy. I haven't used the inline controls or mic so, no comment. Overall, buy them. They are some of the best headphones I have ever used and at 100 bucks you can't go wrong.

I would recommend with caution
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using a $25.00 pair of Sony ear buds for a few years now and I really haven't any problem with them except for the fact I was toting them all over the place to use so I decided to look into another pair. What sold me on these was the iPod & iPhone interface. I really like having the controller at my finger tips. I really don't need the voice over interface but I can see where it can be useful at times. I use these mostly at work because of the noise around me; now these are not noise reduction ear buds but the noise is muffled considerably which I really appreciate without having to blast the music into my eardrums. The sound is great; I can hear so much more than I could with my older ear buds. I'm rating these a 4 for two reasons: 1. I feel the price is a little high in my opinion - if they were in the $60 - $70 ($75 are to much in my opinion) dollar range I would have no problem paying that amount for them. I used my reward zone certificates to get these so I only paid $20 dollars. 2. I'm really glad these ear buds came with extra ear pieces because I have small ear canals so the smaller ear insert is necessary for me; but the exterior portion still rubs on my ear which is somewhat annoying and makes it sore. I've only had them for 2 days so I'm thinking I just need to get used to them.

I love them!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been using some old Sony earphones that sounded great until the iphone 4. Plus, I wanted the inline mic. I tested out Bose and another pair of Sony. Bose just didn't sound all that good and the mic on the Sony sounded like I was talking in a tunnel. I saw these and they have the sound range I was looking for and the mic is noise canceling. I searched everywhere but no best buys around had them in stock. I finally found them in stock about 50 miles away. When I got there I got the last ones. Boy was I glad I did! They are awesome! My deep base is back and I have the awesome volume I missed in the other iPhone. The mic sounds clear and I couldn't be more pleased!

Exceeds my expectations
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These work great with my iPhone 4! I've tried so many other headphones in this price range and was always so disappointed, the last being the Klipsh Si4 which did not control my phone. Maybe they were defective? I know sound quality on many products depend on the listener but at this price range headphones are either bassy, muddy, or tinty sounding. These have solid, tight bass and smooth mids. The highs aren't as crisp as I'd like (I'm being picky) but at this price range I'm very happy with spending $100. In terms of the microphone, I'm told that others can tell that I'm on a headset but don't have to struggle to hear me which seems to be the norm or slightly better. I haven't tried them in my jeep yet so I can't say how they do in a noisy environment but I've talked to a friend who owns them and he had nothing but positive things to say about his in his car. The biggest reason that I purchased these is to use on my motorcycle and be able to control music and such without having to pull my phone out. So far I'm happy. The foam tips work best for reducing road noise (I use the others for when I'm at the gym). My only gripe is that they slightly stick out of my ear so putting on a helmet is a bit of a pain. At the gym they've worked very well. No cord noise, they're light, and stay in my ear while jogging. Build quality seem to be above average where many headphones are either very flimsy or are built extremely well. Overall I am very happy and would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for good sound quality with rock, country, and hip-hop plus has iPhone 4 control.

I Love These Headphones!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My, My, My! I'll just start with that. I am a soulful house DJ and I have every type of headphone you could imagine from $30 to $1,000 and I must say! These headphones do it for me. When I am practicing my mix sessions to see how I can blend songs to when I am critiqueing my sessions after a party, these headphones give me all the clarity that I need to see if my blends are accurate and smoothe while also giving me the thump that I need to hear in order to enjoy the music! Not for the price, but for the sound! Check these headphones out and if you LOVE thumpin bass and clear sounds in your ear.... Look No Further!

Best headphones if you want to go deaf
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these earphones primarily because of iPhone compatibility and after trying same price earphones by Bose and Beats by Dr.Dre. I fell in love with them within 5 minutes. I'm a sucker for good quality music and since I listen to heavy metal, bass quality is of utmost importance to me and these earphones did not disappoint even one bit. I could hear every guitar and bass chord crystal clear. Next step was to test them while working out at the gym and again I was surprised. I usually work out for 60-90 minutes and never in that time I even had to adjust these earphones. They were comfortable and stayed in place unlike every other pair I've ever bought. BUT, 2 days later the unthinkable happened - the earphones would change the volume on me whenever the heck it felt like. This was a big problem and it was a bigger problem because it would suddenly increase the volume to the maximun level...hence, my summary about going deaf. In addition, the remote wouldn’t work! I took them back to Best Buy and they were glad to exchange it for a new pair. But a couple of days later, the exact same issue started. I mean, I love these earphones for the sound quality and the fit and I know I listen to heavy metal which is supposed to be loud, but I don’t want earphones which would decide how and when my music should be the loudest. I’m sorry but I love my ears more. I had no other option but to return these and order Klipsch S4i from their website. I hope they don’t disappoint. Bose (for sound quality and fit) and Denon already have been a major let down.

Best in-ear Headset I've Ever Owned
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing bass response from a headset, definition is outstanding, crisp highs, and plenty of headroom. I can't believe they're in-ears. The sounds like much more expensive on-ear headphones. The only thing I could ask for would be a little bit more in iPhone functionality, although I'm not sure how actions Apple allows for the in-line controls. I've used the microphone primarily for making calls, not yet for recording.

Nice earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been looking for a decent pair of earbuds ever since my wifes pet racoon chewed up the sonys i had. Ive been comparing 3 different pairs of earbuds for weeks now and i finally decided on these Denons. The other two were the ibeats by dr. dre and the klipsch image s4i. I really wanted the Klipsch buds because ive heard they are fantastic. The problem was that none of the stores had them and i would've had to order them and wait 2 weeks. So it was down to these or the ibeats. I wanted quality without the flash. The ibeats are really cool and theyre built pretty solid but i had a problem with the cord being red and the inline ipod control diomond shaped. I wanted simplicity... So the denons won because theyre all black and the control is inconspicuous. Ok..... right out of the box...nice and simple design. They sound fantastic and they should for $100. I just have one problem with them... the wire tie that was wrapped around the wires of the earbuds in the packaging was twisted so tight that it left pinch marks on the wires up near the buds themselves. This annoys me because i just paid $100 dollars on earbuds from what I thought was a very reputable company.... Maybe they should just stick to receivers.... The wires look bad but it doesnt affect the sound quality at all. I do think Im going to return them but I'm not sure if i wanna chance getting the same problem with the wire tie they use for packaging or just ordering the Klipsch s4i's and waiting

Amazing Noise Cancelling and Perfect Sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a drummer and traveler, the noise canceling abilities these earbuds posses is simply fantastic. Once you put them in the world around you disappears. The sound range is fantastic from the lowest to the highest frequencies. Best headset purchase I've made.
