awesome, but not as good as the first film

The villans lack a mysteriousness that the first obtained. plot lacked in depth. The saving grace is the development of minions and the girls. The girls are adorable and roles changed a bit as they had already softened the heart of one villan in first movie. The introduction of a whacked minion was creative. The original minions are just a laugh factory

Great for families, and people who like feel-goods
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Despicable Me 2 (blu-ray) capitalizes on the already well renowned original, recasting the original super-villian, Gru, the girls, Margo, Edith, and Agnes, and the beautifully-yellow minions. Without ruining the plot, this is more focused on the family aspects of Gru's relationships, and makes for a great lesson in an odd sense of morality. And most of all, it's fun! Great humour, writing, and voice acting! Love it!
