2 DVD's did not work

I returned and purchased another and the same thing with that. There was no sound for either movie except for the beginning but when movie started nothing. Sounds like a problem with the manufacturer but Best Buy never mentioned that they would contact them so watch out. I would not purchase form Best Buy.
