Lacking Customer Service

Obviously off-brand

The camera showed me that it was at full battery during my entire photoshoot, and then just randomly turned off a couple of hours in. This battery is helpful as a backup, but do not rely on it.

So I purchased the actual charger from the canon website and since this was recommended to me by an employee. I’m rating it low. That employee requested this purchase after giving him all the details pertaining to the flash I have.
