This item is sold by Best Buy as a suitable replacement for the OEM Canon LP- E17 battery pack. It is Not. First, The rated battery capacity in mAH is not equivalent but is much less. Second, this battery did not even perform to its lower stated capacity. Third, it failed after about 5 uses (at a very inopportune time) and has not worked since. If you find a great deal at 50% or more off and don't mind having /carrying many extra batteries in case of failure, then maybe this purchase is okay. Otherwise, suggest we go elsewhere.

This is a great charger, all I had to do was plug it in.

I don't know how well the battery works yet but I purchased this because the description says it's USB adaptable and it is NOT. I take pictures where I need to be able to charge batteries on a external USB charger and that is the main reason I purchased it.

The battery meter bar does not work on my Canon R8. It is alway fully charged then all of a sudden, my camera shut down

Daughter bought this while we were on vacation to replace her battery charger that broke. She was told it would work with her camera but it didn’t.

This item was dead right out of the box. BB returned it without issue, but ill go with something more reputable to ensure i am not stranded without power in the future.

The battery worked perfectly, but the charger is faulty, came apart and couldn't let me charger the battery again!

Its ok, worked fine for awhile then started barely charging my batteries .

This charger will not charge the original Canon battery, only this knock-off battery. So if you're traveling, you have to take both chargers. Unbelievably inconvenient. Why bother? Just buy several Canon brand batteries.

It didn't last long the battery after a few months i ended up buying the original battery for my camera, i don't recommend this product

I had this battery charging for a whole day as a back up for the already tiny eos rp battery and it lasted for about 5 minutes at a wedding I had been hired to take photos in. Thankfully, I brought my battery and charger to finish it out. It also doesn't fit properly in the EOS RP.

Battery does not charge or work. Tried emailing customer service and they have not responded in nearly a week. Best Buy also refuses to do anything about it. THIS IS A CRAP PRODUCT. It MIGHT work for you, but if it doesn't you're stuck with a paperweight. DO NOT BUY

Battery does not last as log as the canon battery and can not be charged in the original Canon Changer must use the one it came with to charge.

It only work for 2 months and not replaceable, do not buy this one, low quality

This thing charges quick and does the job right and fast

Despite saying on line that it was ready for pick-up in the store, you didn't have the one to fit my camera. Had to return it and go to Action Camera down the street where they supplied it for $20 less.

Not the right battery for my camera despite the description of it and labeling. How do I return it in this pandemic while the stores are closed. Please assist me with this process

This was the wrong part for my camera. When I out in my information they told me this will fit and it didn't work.
