    My second LP-E6 replacement battery purchase. I use it as a backup battery to the OEM Canon LP-E6. The first one only lasted 2 years before it stopped holding a charge. I'm hoping for better results from this one.

    I purchased this battery to have another spare with me for a long outing. Unfortunately, the battery does not come with a cover. Without a cover, the battery cannot be transported on a plan, so I was unable to take it with me - since covers were not available separately and I had no spare covers for this particular battery size. If you need to replace a battery, this is so far a fine replacement, but if you need a spare, be prepared to also purchase battery covers.
