Don't buy this battery. It drains about 80% faster than my 10 year old OEM Canon 70D battery. Do yourself a favor and use the money to buy an OEM Canon battery instead. My old battery was fine, I bought the new battery because I was working 10 hour days photographing industrial equipment and needed a second battery to get through a work day. Also, my memory card corrupted and failed the first time I used this new battery.

This battery is ok in a pinch, but it drains pretty fast.

The battery works in the camera, but it is not 100% compatible. So you get an error message and it won't track the battery life. I spent a lot on the camera and lenses and wasn't about to skimp on the battery so I returned it and ordered an original canon battery.

This battery i bought brand new and used on a high profile wedding shooting video. And the battery gave me no warning when it was low. It actually showed 1/2 battery power when it suddenly shut my camera off. I tried to return to Best Buy and they wouldn’t accept batteries that have been opened. Now I’m out $56 and stuck with piece of crap batteries I will never touch again! Do yourself a favor and never buy off brand.

The batteries are a good price, but they run out fast! These batteries are usually dead by the end of a regular photo session. Might as well spend the money on name brand. You have to get 3 of these to last the same time as 1 name brand.

After a full charge the battery doesn't last long. Granted it is cheaper than the canon name brand, but you do get what you pay for. I'd estimate after a full charge this battery has about 1/3 of my regular canon brand battery.

I regret purchasing this horrible battery. I thought because BestBuy was selling this non official cannon battery that it would be the best unofficial battery I could find but it ended up being horrible. Dies quickly. Does not hold charge. The chip/tech within the battery does not send the proper signal like official cannon batteries do where once the battery is fully charged, the charger should display a solid green light but this one never gives you that, rather it stays blinking at 75% indication regardless of how much charge the battery holds. Horrible and wish I kept the box to return.

I would not recommend this to anyone. I got one while we were on vacation, was excited but the price, charged it up, and as soon as I put it in my camera I was getting error messages. Best Buy didn’t give me any problems returning it though. Great customer service!

They run out of charge pretty quickly. It is not worth spending the money on these, when the original Canon batteries are sooo much better

We bought a few of these for our trip to New Zealand. There were no Canon brand batteries in stock. These did not last nearly as long enough as our Canon brand batteries. Will not be buying again.

These do not have a long battery life. As they get older the hold even less battery life. Also sometime canon cameras do not recognize these as a compatible battery.

I bought two of these for my Canon R6 grip. They do not work at all in the Canon grip – the body won't turn on. The batteries only work inserted into the body. Do not buy these if you're using a grip (I wouldn't buy them at all). I returned them immediately.

It’s not working with canon normal. The product is very low quality.

DO NOT BUY - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME TRYING THIS. SPLURGE ON THE NAME BRAND FOR YOUR CAMERA. I BOUGHT TWO OF THESE AND REGRET IT - WISH I CAN STILL RETURN THEM AND GET MY MONEY BACK.

I needed a new battery for my Canon 5D Mark iv, and this was the only one available. Charged it and put it in my camera. My camera refused to use it and shut down. I am returning it.

Recently bought this item cause I needed a few extras for a shoot. As soon as I got home I put it on the canon charger. A couple hours later it's still blinking orange (not charged). Tried everything and still can't get it to work.

This battery will not hold a charge at all. Idk if it’s the brand or if this one is faulty but Best Buy would not take it back
