This battery seems to work the same as the one that came with my nikon d5600

The battery would not communicate with my camera. Even though the description shows the model of the battery as EN-EL14A, the battery and packaging does not show the "A" in the model #. Misleading to those being told this will work as a direct replacement. Not so much. I'm sure it works for other cameras which don't require the "A" in the battery model #. I'm using a Nikon D3400.

I bought this battery as a back due to me using my camera a lot it worked at first perfectly fine use it about once or twice and mainly used my main battery then the other day I went to use this one (my backup battery) it was working I tried taking it out and making sure I put it in correctly and my camera was turning on the battery is fully charged and all my camera gave me was an error on the battery but it was the correct sized. $40 what a waste after 2 uses

I bought this battery as a replacement battery for the one I have from my Nikon D 3200 DSLR. I put a full charge on it and it wouldn't work on my camera. I exchange the battery, charged that one and it powered the camera but a message Inge camera said that the battery would not work with this camera. In short this battery is not compatible with the Nikon cameras that it says it is.

Works great with my Nikon D5300. If need be I’ll purchase a backup

I’m disappointed on how the battery does not hold charge long. About half the time from the original battery.

It seems like I am paying for more than I need and feel a little taken advantage of. It works, but you should get it off the internet.

This is second battery purchased,for use on our trip to Alaska!

Had to buy a replacement battery. Great quality and lasts long.

Did not work with my Nikons batttery charger and camera. Returned it once thinking it was a faulty battery pack. Same thing happened with the second purchase. I had to return it and purchase a Nikon brand battery replacement. Note: This is only my experience with this product.

BestBuy did not have the EL14a that came with my camera. I asked a BestBuy associate if this battery was compatible, she looked up something on line and said it would work just would not last as long as EL14a. Battery charged and placed into camera and camera popped up that the battery was not compatible. Had to return.

I love this products I would honestly recommend it.

So I recently bought a D3400 and needed a spare battery. An employee up sold me this battery, two tried to actually, the second when trying to buy the oem battery. They won't accept it as a return or exchange if opened, even if it was technically their employee's fault at the expense of their customers.

I don’t know what can I say about this. It’s just a battery, do what batteries do. That’s it.

i assumed when it was ordered as the Canon replacement bettery that it was a Canon product. It is not.

So on the same day that I purchased my camera (Nikon D3400), this "back-up battery", a bag, and a 64GB memory card. The same salesperson who helped me pick the camera, sold me these items as well. I asked for recommendations for each item that i ultimately purchases. Fast forward to first use --->Right after i charged the battery that comes with the camera kit, i charged this one just to have it ready because i knew i would want to play around with the camera and didn't know how good the battery life was. So after a few days of playing around and practicing, it was time to use the back up. I popped it in and the display says something to the affect of..."warning: remove battery, it's not safe for use with this camera." I immediately took it out and found the receipt. Put it in my purse and returned it the first chance I got.

Battery life is not that great but it works just fine . Just recharge after 600 shoots .

Despite all the reviews saying the product is compatible with the Nikon product I bought, after charging it and putting it in the camera the camera notification said the product is not compatible. I had already tgrown away the box and am stuck with a charger and wall adapter that I can't use.

Battery doesn't last as long as it says it will, but otherwise it's satisfactory.
