The Best Buy sales assoc. recommended the right battery charger for the wrong spare battery for a new camera I purchased all at the same time. I always keep a spare charged battery on hand just in case the primary battery (that comes with the camera) fails or runs down in the middle of taking large blocks of pictures. Had to return a few weeks later (once I opened the new camera and accessories and realized the mistake) and exchange the wrong battery for the correct battery. At the same time, I did not want the battery charger (which would then be the wrong charger for the correct battery). Had to accept a store credit (approx $40) instead of getting my money back. What a waste of time. I can never get that part of my life back. Do NOT trust the BB sales assoc.

This was the only charger that Best Buy carried for my camera battery. They even sell the battery solo, but this was the only charger. Multiple people tried multiple times and no one could make the battery sit in the charger in a way that it actually charged the battery. We thought maybe it was a faulty product, so we took it back to the store, got another off the shelf and tried it before we took it out of the store. That one didn't work either. The "travel" design stinks as well. Making it flush with the wall plug makes it really difficult to get the battery in or out while it's plugged in, making troubleshooting why your battery isn't charging that much harder.

Bought this on sale and it only cost me $8 what a steal. Chargers my Nikon camera very quickly & easy to travel with.

Poor connection problems between the batteries and the charger. Really had to fuss with all the batteries(3) I charged to make connections and keep connections. Takes much longer than an hour per battery to charge.

Bought this for trip and first couple days we had a hard time getting it to charge. We finally got it right but it was frustrating to get the battery in the right position.

this item didn't charge/work either. i am returning to store soon. I purchased a camera battery 1 day prior to the travel charger because my other charger seemed to not work either, i am returning the battery as well. I called Digipower, they said to look for their universal charger. I was not excited by the best buy salesperson's who assisted me with the battery and charger purchases. they seemed uncaring, the last said, i hope this works. Now i understand his words, it didn't work!
