Confusing to Use

Brought the battery into the store to check on the box if it would work. Was listed on the box so I thought it should have. Didn't. At all. It showed the battery was on, flashed once or twice, then didn't work. Was not the battery because when I got it home the factory charger worked fine (I had forgotten it).

Doesn't Work on All Batteries

Apparently any except mine. Does not work. I took it back and was told it's only good on Nikkon batteries. I have Cannon (and I told her that when I bought it) Not impressed.
