To nit-pick, I didn't like the plate that would slide into the mount thread. It seems like they were cutting corners. But this does not effect the overall usage of the light.

This doesn't work well to illuminate face for webex meetings. It is very bright though, almost blinding bright. I guess depending on what the purpose is, this might be good for you. But in my case, video meetings, it didn't work well.
