This battery came in a bundle deal that is why I got it and I think it is a great idea to have a backup battery for a camera.

I bought a new Lithium-ion Battery Dig Power for use during Christmas and a recent trip. It was very cold on our trip and the battery was always dependable and reliable.

Seems to work well and always a relief to have a spare when you current battery dies in the middle of that important event!

This is a great little battery and comes with charging unit, but it is important to have a car charging unit for when you are in the field so you don't miss shots.

Definitely need a backup battery. On vacation, they only last a day or two, and you don't want to be caught with a dead battery. Recharge works well.

Great to find a backup battery without paying full price compared to the name brand. Battery holds a charge well and lasts for up to a week when not using video.

when it comes to taking pictures. you must always carry a separate battery a truly must have.
