I use this when my battery goes dead in my camera. It is handy for that but I would not recommend it as a replacement battey. I discharges faster than most batters and I can't seem to get much life out of it.

This is a good replacement battery in a pinch, but it definitely seems to not carry as much charge as the original (which I lost). In any case, got it cause I needed it and it worked just fine. If you're traveling, bring your charger with you!!

Price was the main reason for my purchase. Battery life is just okay for my camera: Canon - PowerShot 12.1-Megapixel SX280HS Digital Camera - Black Model: 8224B001 | SKU: 8808572 I might try a different brand if there was an opportunity.

The battery is good, but it runs out quickly when you take many photos or many videos in one day. We ended up changing the batteries at least once in the middle of the day, and charged both batteries at night. A minor inconvenience.

This is a good back up battery for Canon PowerShot SX260 HS camera. It does not have as much mAH as the original so it will not last as long as the original. Quality is not as good at the original. But overall a descent battery.

This battery works great I found as a back up to the battery that came with my Canon digital camera. The price was reasonable compared to all other retail locations. The only bad thing is the life span between charges.

Okay not OEM but for the price, good enough as a back up. Would not depend on it as the main battery but, when traveling there may be times that you need just a bit more juice to finish the day.

The rechargable battery avoids having to carry around a pocket full of double A batteries. However, it doesn';t seem to hold a charge for as long as the branded Canon battery of the same size.

Appears to be a good battery so far since I have only had the camera 1 month. I have another camera with the same brand of battery and it has worked well for 3 years now.
