I'm glad I bought the extra battery. Although you can take a lot of pictures with the battery, it doesn't account for the time you're not taking pictures and its still on.

Great battery for coming with the packege deal. If you are in the market for an extra battery for your Canon Digital Camera, then this is a good choice. I recommend it!

This is excellent to have as a back-up so that no moments are missed. Very convenient to have one battery charging while using the other battery. Always ready to point and capture that special moment .

The camera comes with a battery but this one was included in the bundle. The battery is not useless and I have not done in depth testing but I feel like this battery does not quite match up to the canon brand included battery. overall not a complete waste, not sure if it's almost worth $40 though..

I wanted something easy and small but with a good zoom and this is perfect.

I have had only a few opportunities to get familiar with the camera;s operation but it's getting easier. The focus frame for auto exposure is very helpful. I do have trouble keeping my fingerprints off the viewing window or deciding where to hold the camer, esp. with the flash. The camera was highly recommended by one of my friends who has a simiilar model after my camera got lost.

This is a great backup battery and is long lasting.

Battery life is good with this, does what I needed it to for an extra battery. Of course we would always like it to be longer. This one does charge quickly and holds it's charge for a good amount of time.

For the price I paid, I expected a duplicate of the battery that came with the camera. I did not get that. This battery does not last as long as the original. This is a brand new camera that has gone on only one trip. However, the trip was a safari that entailed many videos of moving animals. I kept my fingers crossed that the back-up battery would last through the day. Fortunately, it did not fail me, but it did drain much more quickly than the original.

I bought this for a week long vacation. I used it in my new point & shoot camera and had no problem. I gave it 4 stars because I haven't had it very long and can't tell how reliable it is

duration of charge doesn't seem to be as long as the manufacturer battery, which is a let down.

I usually do not buy extra batteries for my digital cameras, but I picked this one up because it came in the package deal. I'm sure it will come in handy.
