Terrible product. Purchased it new and it wouldn't take a charge. Called customer service listed on the package (that said to call them and not return it to the place of purchase), told the rep that I had just purchased it and it wouldn't take a charge. She said, "Well, it's still under warranty, so you can send it to us for a replacement. Send it first class, insure it, and I would suggest getting a return receipt." Seriously, they didn't want me to take it back to Best Buy for a refund or replacement! And I was supposed to pay for all the shipping and deal with the hassle! I told her to forget it. Thank heavens for Best Buy customer service. No hassle there.
