Never charged from the beginning

This battery never charged from the moment I got home from Best Buy and put it on the charger. Very disappointing. “DigiPower” is not an easy company to request an exchange from. Good luck if you buy one of their products!

Canon Camera battery

My suggestion is to purchase the extra battery as soon as you purchase the camera. Keep one charged and one in the camera rotating them as needed.
