THIS BATTERY WORKS WELL AS A BACK UP. IT CHARGES FAST AND IS ALWAYS READY TO GO. THE ONLY DRAW BACK IS ITS LOWER mAh CAPACITY. STANDING AT A 1550 mAh IT WILL TAKE LESS PICTURES THEN OTHER AFTER MARKET BATERYS. FOR A FEW MORE BUCKS, LIKE 5, YOU CAN GET THE STOCK EN-EL15 NIKON BATTERY. IT HAS 2100 mAh CAPACITY. BETTER BANG FOR THE BUCK.

Although it works flawlessly as advertised, I prefer to pay the difference and get the original Nikon battery as it is usually on sale for a bit more. You get longer battery life and if there's ever an issue Nikon will recall theirs and replace them. I'm sure this company will also but I don't like having to charge my batteries too often.
