    very good replacement to my old battery that died. I wasnt aware your supposedly supposed to change your camera battery about every 3 years before they just start going bad and stop charging.

    Customer Service was excellent. I was on my way out of town for vacation and I needed a battery for my camera. They had me in and out in ten minutes.
