Great battery. Ive taken more than 1,800 pictures before charging it. Please note that most of the shots taken were without a flash. I was playing with ISO settings eliminating the use of flash. I highly recommend it to everyone.

If there had been an option for zero stars, I would've given it zero. I had no trouble charging the Canon battery that came with my new T1i. This battery however, which we were assured would work fine on the camera, wouldn't even charge, let alone run the camera. Thank Goodness Best Buy didn't give me any hassle returning it even though I didn't have the packaging still. They didn't have any more in stock for me to even bother to try another one. And, at $50, it's still a pretty pricey battery!

Received this battery as part of a camera package from Best Buy. Well battery life per charge is really really bad. I would say about 1/4 of the battery life compared to the Canon battery that came with the Canon EOS XS. Took battery back for exchange, new one is just as bad. Do not waist your money. Buy an original Canon, or look somewhere else. Best Buy should not cary such terrile batteries. I see they are on sale. Trying to get rid of them.

Bought this to complete the package of my Canon DSLR Rebel T1i and zoom lens, bags and flash. Seems to be good and has good battery life.

I have had this battery for less than 1 year and used infrequently. Now battery will not charge. Best Buy Salesperson says sometimes that happens...oh well...but I'm the one out $50. Do not use replacement batteries from Digipower pay the money and get another from the original camera manufacturer. Expensive lesson but I've learned it.

Its imperative to have a back up battery so as not to be stranded with a dead battery and pictures to take. The Canon EOS cameras have a good battery strength indicator however if you are out in the field and show a weak or dying battery you must have the backup. This functions perfectly for that reason.

Bought this to have a backup battery for my Canon T1i. Chared right up. Ran the camera fine, no issues with it that I can find.
