I'm very seldom blown away by a product and when I ordered this I wasn't sure what I was getting. I'm so glad I found this panel because what it adds is lighting effects to your photography and videography so effectively that it needs to be used at every shoot just to make sure you're getting your absolute best shot. Light up your subject and you control the light temperature of any color. Up to 14hours of use AND it's a 4000mAh USB charger. The build quality is some of the best out and the aluminum casing and oled screen really stand out. I will be adding this to my essentials bag and plan to purchase another soon.

I wanted a little extra light for my webcam sessions and figured this external light would help. I got more than I expected. You can control the color of the light, hue, saturation, warmth, etc., but it also has some fairly fun lighting effects. My favorite is the police lights! All of this in a nice, slim package...and it also functions as an external battery! It's sturdy, bright and has an LED screen giving you perfect feedback of what you're doing. A perfect companion to my kit!

The Digipower lightbar attaches to your camera via the Flash shoe. There is no set up needed, just charge, and put on the camera. The Lightbar powers on with a slide of a button. The enclosed quick start guide shows all the features and how to use them. You can program the 3 modes CCT, HSL and Effect. The CCT mode set 1 color and brightness. The HSL Mode allows adjustment of Hue and Saturation. The Effect Mode has 7 Groups with 3 selections in each group. The lightbar can be mounted either vertically or horizontally to the camera. There are two locking rings on the Cold Shoe adapter. One locks the Shoe to the Lightbar and the other locks the shoe to the camera. The cold shoe adapter is not the best set-up, but it works. I could not get a snug fit and the lightbar kept moving while handling the camera. The quick start guide mentions if the lightbar overheats, it will shut down until it cools. It also states the lightbar may not work in freezing temperatures. The lightbar can also be used to charge other devices while not in use as a lightbar. I used the Digi-power lightbar taking photographs for 4 hours with out any problems. The use of the Lightbar made my photo’s come out better. I would recommend the Digipower Rainbow Multi-mode RGB 135 LED Light Bar to family and friends.

This is a solid buy that has multiple uses based on your needs. When you get this first, spend a bit of time playing with the settings if you have never used a set like this before. The light comes with minimal instructions but what you get should suffice. Remember, this is a tool for your creative talent and ideas and they will dictate the proper use of this device. Try the Effect Mode first and it should be fun. You can use it as flash, intermittent flash, Candle. Flame, Police, Ambulance etc. and should give you enough food for your creative thoughts. The strobe light, chase, and fireworks patterns can be used in various scenarios, in a party or during a shoot, or even in your bedroom.....just use the imagination. The provided cold shoe is very helpful during vlogging or on a tripod during a video shoot. If the requirement of light is not extraordinary and if you have a larger sensor camera then this little unit will suffice in most cases. The set lets you choose different colors/temperatures and the overall operation is easy and intuitive. If you are into photography, the flash mode may leave you wanting and you should have this ideally on a tripod and use it as a supplement. Apart from that however, the unit can be used in many creative ways, specially if you desire interesting backlights or even a colorful spotlight. The battery life depends on the use and the general use of brightness and even with maximum power use this has given me about 2 hours of output. The charging port is a USB-C and it helps in the portability of the set as you do not need any specific adaptors. Just put it in your pocket and take it with you. Wonderful product. Highly recommended.

For the price, this light gets hot quickly and the battery life is horrible!

So I attached this to my phone and began recording. Awesome. The lighting is so much better the videos are not as dingy they're very well lit and especially my videos are recorded at night. My only criticism which is more my problem is I don't have a mount for it to attach to my phone so that it seamless so I'm always moving two pieces around but it's still worth it. Amazing lighting. Did I mention it charges the phone too because it's a power bank. Like I said before awesome. Definitely get you one.

This is a lightweight and rechargeable floodlight of LED lights. It has a USB-out powerbank function, but that is the least impressive function of this light bar. Well described on the package, this is a multi-mode RGB light bar that offers a bright floodlight with controls for brightness (24 levels), white light throughout 25 color temperatures, and gorgeous colors throughout the full rainbow of choices. While stunningly bright, this is a tiny device - measuring at about 3"x6" - just a little bit smaller than a large index card. On both the longer and shorter sides are included recessive screw mounts for the included camera shoe attachment and which also attach to standard tripods. Operation is simple to the point of beauty - on/off on top - operation on the side: color mode (white/color/flash), scroll (RGB color/white temperature/flash mode), brightness. I can't imagine how anyone would use the flash function creatively, but its addition doesn't detract from the beauty of this little gem in any way. There is a great little information screen on the back that summarizes your mode and intensity and other features. It also estimates the time remaining on a charge (if you're not operating with direct USB-C input) - the box suggests a usage time of about 90 minutes but the screen estimates I have seen so far (at full brightness) suggest a usage time of less than an hour. This comes out of the box looking like a bulky handheld flashlight and proceeds to amaze. It is very bright! And the degrees of color and, in white mode the degrees of temperature, are surprising. This is a small handheld device that performs way beyond something you would expect for something so small.

I got this on sale for $60. What I like about this light bar is you can switch different hues and brightness and how powerful the lighting is. You can adjust the brightness, temperature, and it also tells you the battery %. The only thing I don’t like about it is the hotshoe mount. When faced horizontally, it doesn’t tighten all the way at a 180 angle which caused me to break it, however it can when facing vertically. I recommend this product but I suggest getting a different mount adaptor and just an opinion, one that allows you to tilt and have it tighten at an 180 angle.

The range of controls is very customizable...down to temperature and brightness as well as strobe patterns. It has a readout of the battery life left, the temp and brightness setting. It has a very quality feel, very solid feel.

I had a request for a last minute photoshoot in a low light environment. I usually use flash only, but for this kind of photography request I needed a bright fill light. So, I rushed to bestbuy and bought this portable ligth without much thinking. Surprisingly, it performed better than I expected. It has tons of modes and it can be used as a power bank. Honestly, I feel I like I hit a Jackpot since I didn't researched the features beforehand. I'm very please with this purchase.

This is brilliant. The amount of light this outputs is impressive. But where this light bar really "shines" is the adjustable color temperatures. It's great. Additionally, it can be used to charge your phone, but I doubt I'll be using this feature, simply because this lamp uses a lot of juice, and it will only give you 1.5 hrs of continuous use. If you are using it for lighting video, don't use it to charge your phone at the same time.

This is the BEST THING I HAVE EVER PURCHASED!!! It has so many options for personal photos as well as professional. Personally, I am a hair stylist and struggle with nighttime photos, this has taken all of my problems away. 10/10 recommend

I love this light!! I’m using it for my business food photography and it’s perfect because it’s handheld or can put it on my tri pod! It’s extremely bright as well ! I would suggest getting a case for it, but it does come with a pouch.

Well its definitely bright. But controls are very quirky. And the power button works when it want to. I am assuming I got a bad one out the box but I am waiting to here from customer support.

Randomly juts stopped working. I have to keep it plugged in if i want to use it
