Bad programming by geeksquad good computer

I had to bring it in to the geeksquad 3 times in the first 3 weeks. When I asked what the problem was they told me programming. We will back this week on our 5th week of ownership because they have removed my virus protection. Really disappointed with the geek squad of Mcdonough and tired of having to visit best buy so that they can fix my brandnew computer that they continue to screw up.
