We were helped by the Surprise AZ BB employee who made sure we were buying the right product. We somehow smeared suntan lotion on the S4 screen and due to very hot conditions, it dried. We tried rubbing the suntan lotion off but to no avail. We tried this product and found that the suntan lotion came off. We are very happy with the product and staff at BB.
