Best Buy was easy to buy which was great, but the vacuum itself wasn't worth the cheap cost. You get what you pay for.

Doesn’t clean at all! It’s super loud. You will think with the magnitude of noise it makes it would pickup a lot but it doesn’t pick up anything at all. I tried using it twice, now it’s just sitting there in a corner collecting dust that can’t be vacuumed

it doesn’t work for long before it got spoiled. I will rather buy another brand next time.

I knew I was buying a lower priced product and on removing the vacuum I thought “wow, this is some cheap plastic”. I went on to starting to vacuum on my carpet and in less than 10 min the thing died down. The manual says to give it 30 min in case some thermal thingamagic has heated up. I gave it 2 hours still dead plastic. Goes back to the store tomorrow.

The Endura Max looks really good on its exterior. It looks like a very powerful vacuum. But its NOT. Great thing I got the warranty and ill be going back to upgrade to something better. No more going for anything based just on looks. I got lucky with my wife, so can leave it to chance no more got do my homework.

Suction was good until it stopped. Power shut down so had to wait 20 minutes to start again. Then same thing minutes later. All because those was plugged and backed up.

You get what you paid for. Stopped working after 6 months. It was under warranty so we took it in to get fixed. Got it back about 3 weeks later and still didn't pick up trash all the way.

We used this vacuum one time and the belt broke. A replacement belt should be included if they are going to break so easily.

Seemed great out of the box. Had worked well until it just stopped sucking and then stopped powering up.

I absolutely love it! I didn’t think it was going to be good because of the price but I was wrong! I already recommended it to numerous people. I have a shepherd and it sucks up his hair no issue and it does not get tangled up. Love it!

Vacumm does NOT have shut off brush roll. Also the vacuum has an extremely strong plastic chemical smell for some reason when you use it. It's a burning plastic smell almost and strong enough to make your head spin and open your windows. Go invest in a better vacuum, this one is not worth it. Does a good job cleaning but the brushes are hard and will scratch your wood floors; the carpet height adjuster does nothing on this model. I don't think this is a defect because this is my 2nd one.

Piece of plastic trash!!!! The "quick release wand", which is also the handle, wouldn't stay locked into the handle mode. It is just a piece of plastic with a little notch which is supposed to lock in to the collar...wouldn't do it...every time I had it in and then tried to vacuum it would come out.....cheap is cheap...….learned my lesson!!!!
